Balance not showing after logging into external wallet

I’ve tried both Metamask and Trust wallet but I’ve not been able to see my balance. The transaction is correctly shown on Etherscan.

XDC Network is a Layer1 protocol. We have our own explorer. You can’t see XDC on etherescan
