Having same issues with the wallet. Tried everything like different browsers, mobile hotspot and vpn, nothing seems to be working. Using new website. Same error as everyone else has been having since last few months “connection not open on send()”
ok so its sorted for me and it might be helpful for someone.
I logged into the old website which is xdcwallet.com, the error came up as shown by Antonio_Lob in the post above and then, i tried logging back in the new website again, as mentioned by Sean, it didn’t showed any errors this time and my wallet and the tokens were visible. For some reason, the token value was zero but that didn’t stopped me from moving them out of the wallet into an exchange. Atleast, its out of XDC wallet.

Having the same issue. Can not access my wallet. Connection not open. when you change to TXDC, those wallets will populate. I have used the new link provided and used the password as the extra word with no success.
I’m also getting the “connection not open on send()” error. This is super frustrating, i’m getting the same on wallet.xdc.network and myetherwallet. I’ve tried both with hardwallet (ledger) and just softwallet and still getting the same outcome. I’ve been trying this over multiple days and for hours. Please help!
The problem persists. I want to specify that this is not a new problem, but it has been present for at least 2 months. please Can you solve it?
So at least I can move my xdc to another soft wallet provider 
, since it is not even possible to move them at the moment and this is not good. 
Let’s hope they solve it, it seems strange to me that there is this difficulty in solving the problem. We are several users who request it.
I think it’s a problem with their network. I’ve tried it both on wallet.xdc.network and myetherwallet and i’m getting the same error.

Please look at my post above. Their is a new updated wallet which you can use with the same mnemonic phrases and password combination.
