This contact is a scam. They sent me to A ticket has been created for you and sent to support team regarding your inquiry. Connect through the Mainnet Support page for a quick resolution.
They created a ticket and said they needed to “sync” my XDC wallet. They were asking to connect to a wallet with funds in it. I was not able to connect to any wallet but they managed to somehow scam me out of all my coins of a wallet I tried to connect to! Now I really don’t know what to do or who to trust. What is wrong with this world?
A lot of people are having this issue, and XinFin support doesn’t exactly know what to do about it. It’s a shame, I also have a lot of XDC that I have been patiently holding because I believe in the project
please use the new website to access your wallets if you are using web wallet. I have been continuously testing the web wallet amidst these continuous reports. This “under min gas price issue” “exceeded gas limit” is from older wallet and there is no issue like that in the new wallet.

I was unable to open my XDC wallet the new one. And when I did it was showing 0. I tried logging in another way and now I see the coins are in the wallet. Thanks.
