Purchased a Dcent wallet and when I went to send my XDC tokens off the old wallet I keep getting this message. I’m kind of at a loss for words?
please use the new website to access your wallets if you are using web wallet. I have been continuously testing the web wallet amidst these continuous reports. This “under min gas price issue” “exceeded gas limit” is from older wallet and there is no issue like that in the new wallet.
One can simply access his/her wallet via new website mentioned below.
Once you have entered the mnemonic phrases, please enter your password as an extra word.

Thanks Sean. It appears to be working now. So the new wallet links to the old? Why can’t I simply get them off the old wallet and into the new?
The new wallet is upgraded version. please use that moving forward as all the updates will be pushed through that wallet only.
You can also download the private key of your wallet now which wasn’t available earlier for users who created wallet using Mnemonic phrases and password combination.

Where/how do I get my private key for a wallet set up on xdcwallet back in 2022? It was created with mnemonic and password.
I tried logging into the xdcwallet interface and clicking the “print” but it only shows the public.

Once in, Click on the Portfolio Value Tab and then paper wallet tab and you’ll find your private key.
Hello Sean, adding this error to this correct thread from the other where I wasn’t able to get access. How do I fix “Oops. Returned error: under min gas price”? Reading through posts multiple times, there might be some confusion on which links to use. To clarify, this image is from XDCWallet.com accessed using mnemonic phrase. When trying to access the wallet through wallet.xdc.network, I am not able to access at all via mnemonic phrase and get the could not detect network error posted on the “connection not open…” thread. Correction - the above error is from trying the XDCWallet | XOW link using mnemonic phrase.
The team has tried multiple times and we don’t see any error like this. try changing your source network. If you are using home wi-fi try through your cellphone Wi-Fi. This could simply be a network issue on your end.
It worked! I used a different machine (laptop versus desktop) and different network (TMobile hotspot versus Spectrum) and I was able to access the wallet, initiate send and see all other features. FYI - I also tried VPN using desktop/Spectrum but it did not work. Very odd to think this is a network issue but hey…stranger things right? Thanks again for your help Sean.
