Hello everyone,

I recently encountered an issue while transferring my XTC coins from KuCoin to my Ledger Nano X. I mistakenly selected “XTC Network” in the process. Unfortunately, the coins never arrived in my wallet.

I have tried troubleshooting by following online guides and video tutorials, but I still can’t locate or recover my coins. I would like to know:
1. Is there any way to retrieve my XTC coins?
2. Has anyone else faced a similar issue?
3. Are there specific tools or steps I should try to recover my funds?

I appreciate any advice or guidance you can offer. Thank you in advance for your help!

Firstly, and just to double check. Are you referring to XDC Network tokens? if so, Ledger does not natively support XDC Network. What you could do is connect your Ledger to MetaMask. MetaMask will allow you to add the XDC Network and you should be able to see the tokens via MetaMask, once you have connected your ledger to MetaMask. There are several videos on YouTube that shows you how to connect your ledger to MM.
