I’ve been trying to access my wallet with Mnemonic phrase but I keep getting this error “connection not open on send()” and when I don’t get that error all the addresses are empty, I can’t find my wallet with the current balance I have. What could it be?

The only issue i had with the 24 phrase was there was an additional word needed (password I had) and when i put that in. It worked. I wasnt getting an error message i was getting something to open and showed a bunch of wallet addresses but all were 0. when i put in the password it too me to mine
Awesome. Thanks for the update. yes, the new UI update has caused some confusion as people find it hard to understand where they need to enter their password and in password’s absence it just shows some random wallets.
I’m having the same issue as mentioned above. I’ve used the link you provided, entered my seed phrase, the extra word (password) and still getting the error message “connection not open on send”. Is there a workaround. The old web wallet is able to access my wallet, i see my funds but cannot send/withdraw - gives me the same error message about insufficient gas…like so many others have mentionned

The issue mentioned mentioned in the thread was with the older wallet. I haven’t noticed any reports of issues with the new wallet. However, if you’re experiencing problems with the new wallet, could you please share some screenshots of the error you’re encountering?
I spent hours with support trying to fix the issue and now my balance is at zero - This is so far the worst experience I have had in the years of navigating in crypto
Im having the same issue. It was fine accessing it on thursday but today im unable to access my wallet. No wallet addresses are coming up and im getting the same error message as the people above. And yes i have the app above

Thank you Sean, I’m having the same issue. Here’s a screenshot of what it looks like after entering the Mnemonic Phrase and extra word (password). Nothing changes from here no matter what you click or refresh. Tried a few browsers with the same result. I emailed support through the link in the bottom of the page and will report back when I hear from them.

Official Telegram is on mute for more than 2 years now. There is no way you got this from the official telegram chat and don’t think there is any hope of recovering these assets but you can always follow the trail on the explorer and try to find out where those funds end up.
