What is the current status of rewards for master nodes and standby nodes?

Over the last three months, I have only received 22,500 XDC, whereas I previously consistently received 66,666 XDC as a node operator. Will this shortfall be made whole? Will rewards return to the previous level in the future? Have all node operators been experiencing reduced rewards over the past several months?

If you are receiving 22500 XDC, it means your node must have been upgraded to a validator node and must be receiving rewards every epoch. Please check your wallet address on the explorer and let us know if that’s not the case and you have only received 22500 XDC per month for the last 3 months.

I checked and verified I have only received the 22500 per month for each of the last 3 months. I do not see any other reward activity on the explorer. It does appear my node was upgraded to be a validator node. My address is xdc90F297DBbebAD001c2a52Cb6802A4C9003d2BbF3.

I checked your wallet address on the explorer and your received full 66,666 XDC In December.

The reason you have only received 22’500 XDC as rewards for the last 2 months is that your node has been slashed for ore than 2 months as of now.

What is the remedy? We use one of the recommended XDC affiliates to host.

It’s not about the wallet you use. Your node needs to be online all the time. Please check with the service provider through which you host your node.

I have made multiple attempts with my service provider. It is the Top recommeded provider who has in the past been responsive and now they are not. what would you suggest to do as a next step?

Which service provider are you currently using? We have partnerships with a few cloud providers and I’d love to figure out what’s going on.

I have been with INDSOFT. They have said it is not a fixable situation other than resigning and starting a new node. I would like to be able to discuss the details privately.

If they are saying that, It’s not a fixable solution then probably your node got corrupted. Please reach out to them and seek assistance. They’ll help you out.
