Connection not open to send ()

I’m having and issue with “connection not open to send()” when i try to access my XDC wallet on my Nano X.

This wallet was working on 21st December 24 because i accessed it on that date. I’ve not used my macbook or ledger live since the above date or attempted to access this wallet since then.

I’m connecting via the Nano Ledger X USB method (i have also tried Bluetooth method).

I’m using Google Chrome on Macbook pro using the below web address. I have even tried MS Edge and using the web address:

I’m then selecting XDC network from the drop down and the XDC app on my Nano X.

My nano X software is all up to date on Ledger Live and the iOS app.

I have VPN disabled.

I followed the Ledger Support guide to create an XDC wallet and as stated above, this was working up to 21st December 24.

A screenshot of the error is below, in the red bar across the bottom.

Can i have a solution please? How can i get access to my wallet?

I am having the exact same issue. When I connect to the testnet, my coin count is correct without the value. But no error on testnet connecting from nano, just XDC mainnet.

I literally just want to move my tokens out of this wallet and I don’t know if I can do that now.

im having the same issue

For sure, you’ll be able to do that. Developer team is looking into the issue. The problem is that the team says it’s working fine at their end. I have also tested the wallet on multiple devices and didn’t encounter any issues at all.

I was having exactly the same issue. Use the new version and you will restore your xdc https://www.xdcwallet.com and you can withdraw them.

All,

I’ve just my wallet working.

In my Ledger Live app, i went to the settings cog and then to help.

I then cleared cache.

I then reconnected my ledger to my MacBook and went via the weblink in my first post.

Selected XDC network on XDC wallet and then opened the XDC app on the Nano X.

It then went straight to my wallet.

Try this people, i hope it works for you.

I’ll keep an eye on it for a few days.
