Help Needed: Plugin (PLI) Tokens Not Displaying in Wallet

Hi XDC Community,

I’m having an issue with my Plugin (PLI) tokens, and I’d appreciate your assistance in resolving it.

  • My Plugin (PLI) tokens are associated with my XDC wallet, and I can see them on XDCScan when I check my wallet address.
  • However, the tokens are not showing in my original XSwap wallet.
  • I used my seed words to create wallets on wallet.xinfin.network, MetaMask, and the official XDC Wallet, but in all of these wallets, the Plugin (PLI) token also shows a balance of zero.
  • I’ve added the Plugin (PLI) token manually in each wallet using the correct contract address (0xff7412ea7c8445c46a8254dfb557ac1e48094391), symbol (PLI), and decimals (18). any ideas?

Pls check xdcscan.com if ur tokens are there. You’re good if they are. We’ve received reports of issue same as yours. It must be a RPC issue.

yes they are indeed there, i see them clear as day just dont show in wallet, glad im not only one. please advise.

Any ideas on how i can get access to my plugin tokens?

had the same issue with my Safepal wallet. The tokens were there, but sometimes it showed I had 0 tokens, and other times it displayed the correct balance. I contacted support, and they said it was an API problem. I moved the tokens back to my D’Cent wallet, where I never experienced this issue. Just like I did, keep an eye on your wallet. When the tokens appear, transfer them to another wallet.
