First off, it’s important not to rush. Scammers often strike when people are anxious and vulnerable. I’m the most active admin here, but I need rest too, so I won’t be available at all hours.

The only reason you wouldn’t see your wallet with your funds is if you’re entering the wrong password. There could be other issues, like temporary errors, but if you don’t see your wallet address at the top of the list when trying to access your wallet using mnemonic phrases and password, it’s because of the wrong password.

Since you’re sure about the password, let’s go through some troubleshooting steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache.
  2. Try accessing your wallet through multiple browsers to check if it’s a browser-specific issue. If that doesn’t work, try incognito mode.
  3. Ensure you’re using the correct website (https://wallet.xdc.network) and enter your password as an additional word where indicated below the mnemonic phrases section.
  4. If the above steps don’t work, try accessing your wallet through the MyEtherWallet (MEW) website. It has a similar UI to the XDC web wallet, but you’ll need to manually select the XDC network in the network section.

Try all these steps and see if they help. Also, if you’re using a VPN, try accessing your wallet with the VPN switched on and off.
