I can finally say, it now works again. Thank you to whoever listened, and resolved the issue. I was finally able to access my portfolio on MyEtherMew.

I was following the same step as before. I too was also getting the same error, however I attempted the same way again today without doing anything different and finally gained access.

Whatever the dev team is doing must have worked since I was able to access at XDC Wallet so I’m at least one step closer to moving funds and I can see they are all there.

Just wanted to chime in and say that I’m having this same issue.

OK, I found a fix. Kinda. Someone above mentioned that switching to a cell network worked for them. I switched to my cell hotspot on my laptop, refreshed the wallet page, and was able to get in with my Ledger Nano X. It did take some playing with but eventually it worked. I took the opportunity to move all my XDC back to uphold. Hope this helps someone.

god bless you man i can get access by this method, right now take all my funds from this uwful wallet, xdc is super project but their wallet is so trash, why the thinks like this shoud be happen with people who dont do anything with their crypto just hodl it and facing with these problems, most of the people already been scammed by fake xdc support that wanted them to write their seed phrase in their face website, anyway iam so happy that i can take back all my funds from this trash wallet
